hSo Cloud Hosting Platform Upgrade

Over the next few months, we're going to significantly expand our cloud hosting platform - doubling the number of physical hosts (servers) underpinning it.

This will ensure we have plenty of spare capacity to accommodate our customers growing needs while still maintaining resilience.

Our expanded platform will continue to be hosted in London Docklands and Slough.

The new hosts form part of a broader range of measures that will add several interesting new capabilities to our hosting offering.

We'll reveal more in due course, once everything's live, documented and everyone's been trained.

Broadband - Landlines No Longer Required

It's now possible to order a new FTTC or ADSL connection, without having to pay for a landline you don't really want.

This is part of a long-term project to phase out traditional landlines. All existing BT lines are due to be decommissioned from December 2025. You won't be able to order new landlines after September 2023.

If your organisation has a landline from us, we will contact you in good time to let you know about how we'll transition you over to a digital voice service running over broadband.

WAN Heatmaps

Our customer portal can now display colour-coded diagrams that show at a glance the real-time utilisation levels of each of your WAN links.
