hSo’s new Customer Portal has landed
Single interface puts customers in charge
Acknowledging the vital role played by self-service portals in the customer experience, hSo has been investing in a major redevelopment of our Customer Portal.
hSo is rolling out the beta version to customers, and soon we’ll be able to provide access to hSo Business Partners and their customers too.
Our new Customer Portal offers a highly intuitive single interface to view and track orders, trouble cases, billing reports and a wide range of live and historical service reports, including email exchanges. It gives customers greater control and visibility, using a modern interface and streamlined navigation to make it easier to manage and monitor key network functions.
In real-time, the new hSo Customer Portal displays information regarding vital signs of services. For example:
- Circuit latency and bandwidth usage
- Router uptime, CPU and memory usage
- Firewall uptime and session count
- Managed server CPU and memory usage
- Internet port outbound and inbound usage
To analyse past usage, it's possible to customise historical utilisation reports.
hSo is continually fine-tuning and developing the portal. We're committed to making even more information available to customers across our range of inter-site and Internet connectivity, telephony and data centre solutions.
